John O'Ryan

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, improving interpersonal awareness, communication issues, and relationship issues. I work to integrate various therapeutic interventions, tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space where they feel they can express themselves and be heard, free of judgment. I truly believe that everyone has the ability to change and improve various aspects of their lives. I work to help individuals find the strength within themselves to achieve their goals and to lead a happy, fulfilling life.

I strive to help others to better understand themselves through the creation of a warm, safe, welcoming environment. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop the skills and motivation necessary to become their most authentic selves.
