My therapy style is warm, collaborative, client-centered, empathetic, understanding, active, and authentic. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted while also feeling encouraged to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be both healing and practical—not simply a place to talk, but a place to gain insight, learn effective skills, and create lasting change. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. I also believe that appropriate humor can be a powerful therapeutic tool, helping build connection, ease difficult moments, reduce shame, and remind us that healing doesn’t have to happen without laughter.
