Great to meet you!

I'm an LCSW in Florida. I studied at FAU where I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology, and Masters degree in Social Work. During my career I've worked Crisis Stabilization Unit, college counseling center, LGBTQIA+ resources, and community mental health. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community and have contributed to advocacy work and education in these issues, as well as providing trauma informed care and a safe place for my client's to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is focused on treating clients as real people who deserve a therapeutic relationship that is honest, validates their feelings and experiences, challenges them to change, and allows them to work at their own pace. My mission is to cultivate skills and attitudes towards positive self regard, compassion and recognition of strengths.

What you can expect from me

There is no wrong reason to start therapy. Whether you are working through trauma, trying to find yourself, or simply needing space to process some complicated feelings -- it is ok to need support. Let's work together to create a safe and nurturing environment for you to grow and reach your goals.
