Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with advanced training in EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and DBT. My clinical background includes creating and leading treatment groups and programming for combat veterans and individuals struggling with substance use disorders. That work deepened my commitment to helping people navigate trauma, addiction, and the ways those experiences can intersect and impact daily life.

My approach to therapy

My style is down to earth, engaged, and goal oriented. I use evidence based approaches while also recognizing that therapy works best when it feels genuine and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, challenged when appropriate, and supported in making meaningful and lasting changes. Whether you are working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, or life transitions, we will work together to identify what is getting in the way and build practical tools to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from treatment in a way that feels conversational rather than overly clinical. I’ll also provide some education around how trauma, stress, and emotional patterns can affect both the mind and body, and we’ll begin discussing which treatment approaches may fit your needs best. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and a better understanding of how we can work together.
