John also has extensive experience working with both individuals with a substance use disorder and individuals who have been impacted by a family member or loved one with a substance use disorder. He takes a cooperative and strengths-based approach.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. We will work together as a team to identify your goals and the path to best get you there. Based on each individual's needs, I utilize strategies and interventions from various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
