Great to meet you!

A Two-Spirit elder in training specializing in issues related to identity, sexuality and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy though an indigenous lens. My aim is to help people tap into their inner wisdom to heal and achieve their goals. I utilize many modalities including mindfulness, EMDR, somatic and other non-cognitive strategies.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes I will be your biggest cheerleader, other times I will push you and ask you to sit in discomfort. It is in these moments that we grow and heal. The goal is to be better than we were yesterday.
