Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work.

I work primarily with professional adults in their who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and solution focused. I combine CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and coaching to help you understand your patterns and take meaningful action.

I take a holistic view, looking at how your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences connect so we can create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you want to change.

You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, along with initial clarity on your goals and next steps.
