Great to meet you!

My training at Columbia University and diverse clinical experience, has shown me that everyone comes to therapy with a unique set of circumstances and expectations. Being open minded with a consistent awareness of how a client is doing, is essential to creating a safe and supportive space where a good therapeutic relationship can develop. With a focus on anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I collaborate with my clients to help them gain insight and make improvements in their lives.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation on which the clinical work is done. With a warm, personable disposition and sense of humor, I take an eclectic approach to treatment that draws from psychoanalytic, behavioral, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from me

After a rapport has been established, clients are supported and challenged over the course of treatment at a pace determined by them. An environment is created with listening, understanding and humor that puts the client at ease and allows for trust to develop.
