Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Along with my clinical knowledge and training, I bring life experience that has taught me the importance of meeting people where they are without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we work together to understand what you’re experiencing, identify what you want to change, and develop realistic steps toward your goals. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you recognize your strengths, gain new perspective, and build the tools you need to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you—not to tell you what to do. Together, we’ll look at what’s been working, what may be getting in the way, and what changes feel realistic and meaningful for you. I use approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based therapy, but I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and life experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged when needed, and actively involved in your own growth.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can show up as yourself and feel heard without being judged. I bring both clinical training and life experience into the work, which has taught me that everyone’s story is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing or growth.

I see therapy as something we do together. We’ll take time to understand what you’re going through, what matters most to you, and what you would like to see change. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I’m here to listen, ask questions, help you see things from different perspectives, and support you in finding solutions that make sense for you. My goal is to help you recognize the strengths you already have, build on them, and move toward the goals that are important to you.
