I have over eight years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments. I work with individuals, families, and couples to provide help coping with the stresses of everyday life as well as crisis situations. I have experience working with first responders, Law Enforcement and military individual. If you are paying out of pocket, please ask me about my sliding scale fees. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

My background is in existential and humanistic therapy aiding the client to increase self-awareness while developing acceptance, growth, responsibility, and freedom. I am trained on EMDR interventions. My therapeutic style is compassionate and free from judgement. I focus on growing a positive partnership to help you acquire the tools to resolve problems.
