Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing. Whether you're dealing with trauma, grief, adoption-related struggles, or big life transitions, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a Christian perspective and shaped by attachment theory, alongside proven psychological techniques. I believe healing starts with being truly seen and heard—so I always begin by listening to your story and your needs. You're the most important part of this process, and building a trusting relationship is at the heart of everything we do together.

I know our past can shape how we respond to the present, and I work with you to understand those connections and move toward growth. Every person is unique, so I tailor each session to fit where you are and what you're going through.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that, in working together, you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I want you to leave our time feeling more whole, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself and your purpose.
