My approach to therapy

It is critical for providers to listen to patients and establish clear lines of communication to facilitate open and honest dialogue that can lead to patient drive and centered care and long-term improvement in mental health goals established by the patient. I believe in kind direct discussions that lead to an educated and self-confident patient that understand medications, expected outcomes and is ready to make choices in their care.
