I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Patient-Centered approach. This means I listen to you and help you challenge irrational beliefs so you can develop tools to become your own healer. I understand that change is a process that does not magically occur overnight. My role is to act as your guide through this process and support you through it.
