Great to meet you!

I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, and more. I’ve worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with adolescents and adults, supporting both high-acuity and everyday challenges. Through telehealth therapy, I provide a safe, accessible space for those ready to regain control of their lives.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, or other challenges. You don’t have to go through it alone. With 10 years of experience in mental health I provide a safe, supportive space through telehealth therapy. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing, I’m here to help. Reach out today.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the client’s needs first, recognizing that every individual has unique experiences, challenges, and goals. My role is to provide support, guidance, and tools to help clients navigate their journey toward personal growth and healing. Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I tailor each session to fit the person’s needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while building resilience and effective coping strategies. My goal is to empower individuals to uncover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
