Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep issues, and life stress. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. I take time to really understand what’s going on and help you make sense of it. I combine thoughtful medication management with practical strategies you can use in everyday life, with the goal of helping you feel more steady, clear, and in control again.

My approach to therapy

I take a structured but flexible approach, combining evidence-based medication management with brief, practical therapy. Sessions are conversational and focused. We’ll identify what’s most important, break it down into manageable pieces, and build a plan that works for you. I often incorporate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, and problem-solving approaches. I believe in starting simple, adjusting thoughtfully, and helping you develop skills that support long-term progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take the time to get a clear picture of what’s been going on and what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask thoughtful, focused questions to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, while also giving you space to share what feels most important. Together, we’ll begin to make sense of the situation and identify a practical path forward. By the end of the visit, you can expect a clearer understanding of what’s happening and a plan that may include medication options, supportive strategies, or both.
