Great to meet you!

I bring 15 years experience to counseling focusing on addiction, relationship, and solution focused therapy. I possess credentials in both treating addiction related issues and clinical mental health issues. My specialties include addiction, relationships, depression and anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary tools in counseling are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. Our beginning sessions will be similar to a casual conversation, understanding what brings the individual to treatment. During the process, my techniques will help us uncover any underlying issues and a plan in which to address said issues. My practice is non-judgmental.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions should feel like a conversation with anecdotes provided during every session. With these, the expectations are they will be implemented and addressed the following sessions until the appropriate anecdotes suitable for each client are useful.
