Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe that therapy should be an accessible way to achieve life goals, develop healthy relationships, and optimize health and wellness. Therapy also doesn't have to be like pulling teeth. It can and should be affirming and fun. Over the past five years, I have supported clients of all ages working through life transitions, with an emphasis on self-care, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, spirituality, nature, and human movement.

My approach to therapy

As an empathic, person-centered therapist, I build authentic relationships that form the foundation for insight, growth, and change.

Humanism, Existentialism and Gestalt therapies serve as my primary lenses, while Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy are a few of the tools I use to help clients achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave every session feeling affirmed, validated, and empowered. Within a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, clients will be challenged without feeling criticized and will step out of sessions with new tools and skills to achieve their goals.
