Great to meet you!

With 25 years of experience, I am a dedicated and passionate psychologist focused on fostering growth and emotional well-being. I am a retired Colonel in the US Army having served those years as a clinical psychologist. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and couples to address a wide variety of conditions, including mood disorders, trauma, and family relationship issues. My extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding and a compassionate approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy from a person-centered, grown-oriented approach and often utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to address most mood and anxiety disorders. For trauma work, I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy and behavioral interventions to address symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related problems. I only utilize empirically validated treatments. I am board certified in Clinical Psychology and have expertise in various therapies and psychological assessment.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe environment to explore different ways to view self and others while coaching you through life’s challenges. I provide hope and build your confidence to work through the most difficult problems.
