Great to meet you!

  • Hello, I'm Dr. Zhang,

Do you feel overwhelmed by life stress? Do you have difficulty concentrating, making decisions, or getting motivated? Depression and anxiety are common reactions to chronic or acute stress. It's important to take time and care for ourselves. I help clients understand their current difficulties and developing effective strategies and solutions.

Seeking therapy can be a scary process. It's difficult to be vulnerable with a stranger. I believe clients should be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. I encourage you to reach out and begin the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My professional strengths are in the areas of psychological assessment and short-term psychotherapy. I have conducted over 40,000 psychological evaluations of children and adults over the course of my career. I enjoy working with motivated clients within the short-term psychotherapy framework.
