Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience specializing in men’s health, mental health, hormone optimization, and functional medicine. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a personalized, root-cause-focused perspective to help clients improve mood, resilience, focus, sleep, and overall well-being. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, burnout, and performance-related concerns in men. My goal is to provide high-quality, individualized care in a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, personalized, and results-driven. I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is influenced by factors such as sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle, and overall physical health. I work closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to improve resilience, focus, emotional well-being, and long-term performance. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where we take time to thoroughly understand their concerns, history, symptoms, and goals. During the first session, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, explore contributing factors such as stress, sleep, lifestyle, and overall health, and work collaboratively to develop a clear, individualized treatment plan. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident in the next steps toward improving their mental health and overall well-being.
