Great to meet you!

Grief and chronic illness don’t just bring sadness—they can leave you feeling unmoored, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re experiencing complicated, prolonged, or anticipatory grief, or facing the emotional impact of a medical diagnosis, therapy provides a safe space to process, reflect, and regain balance.

With over 14 years in the mental health field—including hospice work providing in-home support to patients and families—I bring both professional expertise and deep respect for the grieving process.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, grief-focused interventions, and CBT to help clients process unresolved experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, and rebuild the mind-body connection. Through this tailored approach, clients often gain greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and the ability to engage more fully in daily life.

What you can expect from me

I understand that not all therapists are a fit for all clients. Which is why I offer a free consultation call for the opportunity to get to know me and my approach. Also since we are not a "one size fits all," it is important to me to get to know a client's preferences and goals in order to shape their treatment.
