Great to meet you!

Life can feel complicated when emotions feel bigger than you want them to, relationships seem to follow the same painful patterns, or stress begins affecting how you show up at work, at home, and with the people you care about. I work with teens and adults navigating personality disorders, chronic stress, and the challenges that can come with trying to understand yourself while also managing the expectations of others. I also find myself working frequently with men who have spent years pushing through difficult emotions, avoiding vulnerability, or feeling like they need to handle everything on their own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, solution-oriented, and grounded in the belief that people are more than a diagnosis. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and coping strategies that have developed over time and identify what is helping, what is no longer serving you, and what meaningful change could look like. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or the pressures of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of responding to stress and difficult emotions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and free from judgment. In our work together, we'll focus on building practical tools, strengthening self-awareness, and helping you create a life that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a deeper understanding of yourself—not just your struggles.
