Great to meet you!

My name is Johnny Floersheimer. I am a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical and consultive experience. I work with diverse populations, treating individuals and couples across the lifespan. I know that life is not always linear. Problems can arise that make meaning, growth, and connection hard to maintain. My goal is to work with you on your terms - to develop the evidence-based tools and insights that will connect you to living your most authentic life, unlocking the clarity and confidence needed for you to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based and attachment-focused. Our work together will take into account the relationships that have helped shape who you are, while using gold-standard therapies such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping you discover and connect to the life you want for yourself. Our first session will focus on assessment and identifying goals for our work together. I look forward to supporting your investment in you!
