Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Development, specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling, I offer a culturally responsive, integrative, and systems-oriented approach to therapy and coaching. I work with teens 12+, adults, couples, and families who are ready to better understand what is happening in their lives and relationships—and begin creating meaningful change. Together, we explore the patterns influencing emotional well-being, communication, relationships, and personal growth while developing practical strategies that fit your unique needs.

I also support clients navigating sexual concerns, including sexual dysfunction, intimacy, and sexual well-being and pleasure, as well as the psychological and relational aspects of fertility challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, gain clarity about what may be keeping you stuck, and become more confident in moving forward. Through our work together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth, strengthen relationships and family systems, and build practical skills that you can continue using beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and respected; not judged. Taking the time to understand not only what brings you to therapy but also the relationships, experiences, and patterns that may be influencing what you are going through is something we will work on together in our sessions.

I provide coaching and therapeutic support to help individuals and parents strengthen communication and establish healthy boundaries. My priority is to create a supportive environment that fosters connection while encouraging age-appropriate independence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand what brought you to therapy, and begin creating a clear direction for our work together. I’ll provide a warm, respectful, and safe space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, strengths, relationships, and what you would like to change or improve.

We’ll collaboratively identify meaningful goals and objectives and begin developing practical strategies that you can use between sessions. Our first priority is for you to leave your first session with greater clarity about what you are experiencing, what you want to accomplish, and at least one practical step you can begin applying before we meet again.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will adjust the goals and strategies as we learn what works best for you. My hope is that from the very beginning, you feel supported, empowered, and confident that you have a clear path forward toward improving your overall well-being.
