Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Richmond, Virginia, and I'm passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives from the ground up. I work with clients via telehealth, which means I can meet you where you are — whether that's at home, at work, or anywhere in between. I also run From SKratch Health and Wellness LLC, a practice built on the belief that true well-being connects both your mental and physical health.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach. I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. My work is rooted in the idea that mental and physical wellness are deeply connected, and I bring that perspective into every session. I focus on creating a space that's warm, direct, and practical, so we can get to what actually matters and start making real progress together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation — no pressure, no judgment. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been going on in your life, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard and ensuring you have a clear sense of what we can work on together. Think of it as us figuring out if we're a good fit and starting to map out a path forward.
