I have over 8 years orjing with a diverse population that includes children, teenagers, middle age, and the elderly. I have a Master’s of Social Work and many years of trying in clinical therapy. What you can expect from me

In your first therapy session, clients can expect a variety of experiences that include but not limited to: introductions and rapport building, setting goals , the tone, and boundaries, discussing the client's concerns, the gathering of information, goals setting, explained the techniques of therapy, and feeling out the fit of the therapy process. The client will feel heard, empowered, and validated.
