Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I received my MSW at The Catholic University of America and am licensed in Virginia and Nevada. I work with those experiencing ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, ASD, trauma and PTSD.
I feel that therapy is a gift you give yourself. I enjoy meeting you where you are at and helping you get through the rough spots, whether it's finding your voice, identifying the obstacle and need for change, or just understanding from a different perspective.
After our first meeting and discussing your reason for coming to therapy, I will create a treatment plan centered around your personal goal. A treatment goal might be to manage anxiety, increase self-awareness, improve communications skills, or regulate emotions. This would also include short term objectives that we will focus on during our time together.
