I am a LPC who is a native from Atlanta, GA. I have been practicing for over 4 years in the areas of relationships, sexual connection, inner-child work, trauma, depression, & anxiety. I earned my Master of Education and my Specialist in Education in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. I have practiced in many settings that has given me the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a space to form a collaborative relationship where we focus on your goals that allow you to change circumstances or that feel unhealthy, as well as gaining life skills a& knowledge that will nourish your best self.


I utilize modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), & Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2).

We will create a space for you to gain the life skills and knowledge needed so you can get back in the ring and continue to fight and grow into your best self. Remember, that you are unique in every way, so this journey may look and move completely different than what’s expected. I incorporate a hands-on approach in therapy, and I use activities and techniques that are personal to you in support of your own journey.
