Great to meet you!

I’m certified in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I integrate these evidence-based approaches with relational, mindfulness-based, and somatic techniques to support your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy that centers safety, trust, and authenticity. I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. My practice is grounded in an appreciation for attachment and systems, recognizing that we are not the problem—we are often a reflection of our relationships, communities, and the larger systems we live within. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed and culturally informed care, honoring the unique experiences and identities each client brings. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you—not just as a client, but as a whole person. I want to understand what’s important to you, what brings you in, and how we can work together in a way that feels comfortable and real. I take a down-to-earth, relational approach and often use humor to create a space that feels human, not clinical. I’m not here to be “the expert” on your life—I’m here as a person, walking alongside you as we figure things out together.
