Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, pressure, or big life changes—and unsure how to make sense of it all on your own. Maybe you’re used to holding a lot in, overthinking, or putting pressure on yourself to have everything figured out, even when things feel heavy underneath.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down and feel truly heard. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, which means we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and conversation to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also building tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more confident in themselves, and better able to handle what life brings their way. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, with more clarity, and with a growing sense of trust in yourself.

What you can expect from me

If you’re considering starting therapy, you’re welcome to reach out. Taking that first step can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning. I’d be happy to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit for you.

I also offer a nonjudgmental space for exploring questions around faith, spirituality, and religious upbringing, if that is something that feels important to you.
