Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with a variety of people who have diverse lifestyles and cultural backgrounds. My clients find me to be compassionate, supportive, and challenging when needed. I believe in building on your strengths to help you find wellness and overcome any obstacles that hold you back from achieving your life goals.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is from a Gestalt-Existential focus, which is a holistic approach helping you balance the processes of thinking, feeling, and action to best find greater meaning and satisfaction in your life and relationships. I want to hear about you and your journey and explore ways we can work together to create more happiness in your life.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively together in order to identify your strengths, resources, and attainable goals. I prioritize helping you feel accepted and compassionately understood. As we work together I hope you will attain a greater understanding of yourself and build strategies that help you grow and feel more satisfaction in life.
