Great to meet you!

Most people have a natural drive to be independent and self-sustaining. The truth is life is not always easy and it can be difficult to be vulnerable with others. When people use their courage and bravery to reach out, I have nothing but admiration for them. In the dark times of life, we need a place where we can feel understood, genuinely cared about, and supported. I believe that every person is unique, and everyone has different needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you find the tools needed to face life’s challenges. I strive to create a judgement free space where we can explore thoughts and feelings openly. I will help you reach your goals through many different counseling techniques, including CBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

Having a safe space where people can feel unjudged and sort through life Everyone has times in their life where they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stretched thin, angry, and/or frustrated. Sometimes these feelings come from our choices or the choices of others. I hope to be part of your journey through the darkness and helping you feel empowered.
