Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should foster insight, promote healing and feel and empowering. I provide a space where you can be fully honest without fear of judgment to both share and learn about yourself. My style is warm and collaborative — I will both give you tools and help you identify those which you already possess. I value authenticity, empathy, and compassion, and I work to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, or major life transitions, I approach our work with compassion and curiosity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to the individual. I draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused frameworks. I believe many struggles are rooted in patterns of avoidance, shame, or unresolved relational wounds, and therapy becomes a place to explore those patterns safely. Together, we identify goals, build practical coping tools, and develop insight into the deeper emotional drivers of behavior. I focus on helping clients move from reactivity to intentionality — strengthening emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-trust and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection and clarity. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what’s been feeling stuck, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask questions to better understand yourpersonal history, relationships, and current stressors, but you set the pace. You can expect a supportive, structured conversation where we begin identifying goals and outlining a path forward. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
