Great to meet you!

I graduated with my masters in 2017 and have worked with adults of varying different issues as well as families and more particularly teenagers. I specialize with clt's who have relationship issues within the family as well as anxiety or depression.

My approach to therapy

I take an approach that blends cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focus approaches. I explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and process how this affects the future and what clients can do with this information to practically help them in the day to day.

What you can expect from me

I review goals in each session as well as action steps at the end to evaluate what options the clt has in order to move towards their goal.
