Jona Ely

I am a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. I have over 25 years experience in health care in a variety of settings , and since August 2023, I have been conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications for patients ages 12 and older for a multitude of psychiatric/mental health disorders.

My advanced training includes a Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program, along with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This diverse educational background allows me to approach mental health care with both clinical depth and a whole-person perspective.

I am board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their care.

I focus on helping patients better understand their conditions and treatment options, patient education with a strong emphasis on medication education, adherence, therapeutic options available to treat their conditions, and ongoing support.
