Great to meet you!

I have more than a decade of experience providing behavioral health care to clients from a variety of backgrounds. This includes extensive experience working with LGBTQ+, Military & Veterans, and people seeking dual-diagnosis treatment.

My approach to therapy

I'm experienced in modes of therapy that are conversational in style and are meant to be geared to you as an individual. These include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Crisis Response Planning. Therapy is more than just learning skills and filling out worksheets. It's about building a therapeutic relationship that will help you not only alleviate symptoms but learn how to identify and live out your values.

What you can expect from me

In our work together I will strive to create a comfortable environment for you to be your authentic self. I don't come to a session with pre-set cookie cutter goals for you. I want to help you identify what your goals are and work together to help you achieve them.
