I utilize music, art, activities and social awareness to enhance mood, self-regulation and general coping needs. I offer integrated redlight and vibro-therapy to support my patients.
In the first session I like to make you feel comfortable and validated. I use laughter and reflection along with story telling to help explore treatment ideas.
