I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has both an educational and arts oriented background. Due to the nature of my coaching experiences I often integrate choice, ideas and self-help strategies into treatment.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping those with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Trauma and other social related needs find their path. I utilize music, art, activities and social awareness to enhance mood, self-regulation and general coping needs.

In the first session I like to make you feel comfortable and validated. I use laughter and reflection along with story telling to help explore treatment ideas.
