Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can take courage, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with nearly a decade of clinical experience in inpatient behavioral health. I focus on depression and bipolar mood concerns, anxiety, ADHD, and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, honesty, and steady support. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck, while also developing practical tools to help you navigate daily life more effectively. I integrate insight-oriented work with evidence-based strategies and approaches. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and challenged in ways that promote meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on understanding what brings you in and what you hope might feel different in your life. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and any patterns you’ve noticed. You can expect a space that is steady, collaborative, and respectful. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and outlining a direction that feels both realistic and meaningful to you.
