Great to meet you!

Your story is uniquely yours. Each of us will struggle at times to keep believing with hope that our story is worth living. Learning to live into your present and future story is where we can work together, anchoring you in hope and a vision forward. My friends have said for years that I've always been a therapist, getting the degree just made it official. Listening with curiosity, humility, warmth, and a creative openness is part of what you will experience in my care.

My approach to therapy

I hold a background in fine arts, wilderness education, and teaching, and received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018, specializing in child and adolescent therapy. Hearing your story helps me know what skills you might need to truly flourish. Whether individually or in relationship with those that matter most to you, its an honor to help kids and families thrive.

What you can expect from me

In a world full of distractions, you can expect to receive my full attention and care. We'll work together to make sure you receive the tailored support you need to flourish. For some people, that means specific goals and actionable steps to make concrete change. For others, that means receiving the wisdom of compassionate presence that will empower you to take the next step in your journey.
