Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Indiana with a Psy.D. from Roberts Wesleyan University. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and feeling stuck in patterns they want to change. My style is warm, thoughtful, and direct. I want clients to feel comfortable, understood, and supported while doing meaningful work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both practical and personal. I draw from CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also bringing in a humanistic and existential lens that helps us explore values, purpose, and identity. I aim to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and honest. Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems, but about helping you move toward real change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your concerns, your background, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel heard and not judged. By the end, I want you to have a clearer sense of how I work and what our next steps could look like.
