I am licensed as a mental health therapist in the state of Florida. I am and I have master level degrees in the areas of mental health counseling and couples and family therapy. I have spent over 15 years providing professional services to clients.

My approach to therapy

Are use an integrative clinical approach in my work with clients. I strongly believe in an individualized approach that response to the unique needs of each client. And as a result the most common modalities used include a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based solution focused therapy, trauma informed therapy, and family systems approaches. All my approaches are informed by careful the unique multicultural and diversity issues in the lives of my clients.
