Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, and addictions. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to talk to. I know it takes courage to come to therapy, so I do my best to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you gain tools to manage life more effectively, build healthier relationships, and feel more confident in yourself. Outside of my work, I enjoy sports, fishing, and spending time with family.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and supportive, grounded in evidence-based practices while also being flexible to each client’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and relational techniques to help clients build awareness, regulate emotions, and make lasting changes. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore patterns together and discover new ways forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to work on, and any questions you have about therapy. I’ll also share how I work so you know what to expect moving forward. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out right away—we’ll just start where you are.
