Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck or lost, and want to find a new way forward, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards the healing and wellness you're seeking.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in trauma informed narrative relational therapy, but I borrow from several modalities based on what works for you. Collaboration is the key. I work with all sorts of issues related to codependency, unwanted sexual behaviors, major life transitions, identity shifts, grief and loss, spiritual harm. I also have a lot of experience working with individuals deconstructing and reconstructing their religious upbringings.

What you can expect from me

I offer a space where we can be honest and real. I'm committed to joining you in your struggles and questions, offering engagement, kindness and curiosity. The goals of our work will be created individually based on your goals and needs, but my hope is that you will be able to live with more freedom and love in your life.
