Great to meet you!

Whether you're a parent trying to support a teenager through a hard season, a young adult

ready to do something different, or a family navigating real challenges together, I'm here to

help. I'm Jonathan, an LPC in South Carolina who takes a structured, practical approach to

therapy that focuses on real-life skills and actual change. I also offer a whole-person, values-

informed approach and am happy to incorporate faith into our work if that's important to you.

Let's figure out what's actually going to help.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, straightforward approach to therapy. We’ll focus on understanding what’s going on, but more importantly, what you can do about it. I use CBT, trauma-informed care, and behavioral strategies to help build skills, improve communication, and create real change. I also work closely with parents to support consistency at home. My goal is to help you leave sessions with something useful you can apply right away.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through what's been

going on. I'll ask some questions to understand your situation, and you can share at your own

pace; there's no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll also start looking at what

might help moving forward. My aim is for you to leave feeling less alone in it and with a

clearer sense of what the path forward looks like.
