Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas. As a professional, I have had experience youth and adults of all ages. My approach to treatment is centered around helping you to draw out your strength and to develop disciplines to be applied within your daily life. I believe in an open door policy and I aim to be genuine and judgement free.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus in therapy is to look for solutions to problems. This approach sometimes includes looking at how certain problems have negatively impacted your life. Additionally, I aim to help clients to develop disciplines that can be applied in other situations.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel like they can be themselves. I try to create an honest and welcoming environment. I tend to use a little humor so clients can feel relaxed when sharing some of the challenges that they are experiencing.
