(Jonathan) Max is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that graduated with a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University in 2018 and an undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2015. Max specializes in the treatment of ADHD, adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD.
(Jonathan) Max sees every client as an individual with individual needs. Treatment modality depends on these needs with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Psychodynamic theory. (Jonathan) Max has a natural inclination for empathy with rational and insightful guidance through difficult situations. Max has been trained in neurofeedback for individuals who seek an alternative approach to therapy.

If you teach someone to fish, you feed them for a lifetime.” Jonathan (Max) likes to teach his clients to “fish” by bringing awareness as well as solutions to behaviors, defense mechanisms and maladaptive patterns which are inhibiting them from living their fullest lives.
