Great to meet you!

I am licensed in California, Florida, Georgia, and New Jersey with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. My style is warm, curious, and compassionate, but I’m also direct when needed—offering honest reflections that help clients see themselves more clearly without feeling judged. I work to create a space where you can safely explore the parts of yourself that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or even unacceptable—and begin to make sense of them with kindness and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful, grounded space where their experiences are met with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself—why you feel what you feel, why certain patterns repeat, and what those parts of you are trying to protect. Through that process, clients often find more emotional clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in how they navigate relationships, boundaries, and their inner world. Sessions are less about quick fixes and more about creating lasting shifts that feel authentic and sustainable.
