Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care works best when it’s thoughtful and collaborative. I work with adults who want to feel more connected to themselves, heal from past experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with the people around them.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver support, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also have a focus on identity-based work with Asian and BIPOC to help navigate trauma, cultural identity conflict, and intergenerational family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you—your values, priorities, and the life you want to build. We’ll focus on strengthening your relationship with yourself while also enhancing your relationships with others through open dialogue, deep self-exploration, and practical coping skills to help you navigate challenging situations.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest, without fear of judgment. You can expect me to show up with genuine curiosity, compassion, and empathy as we explore what matters most to you.
