I have Worked in community health the last few years and at the University at Buffalo counseling center. I received my Master Degree from a CACREP accredited program at Medaille College. Specializing in depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
I am dedicated to providing the most up-to-date evidence based treatments in a safe and comfortable environment and enhancing the quality of life and emotional well being of people experiencing psychological difficulties with the highest of ethical standards.
Using empathy, active listening and validation to build a relationship with my client is important aspect of treatment. Person center and meeting the client where they are at I find is the best way to help the client manage their symptoms.
