Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jonathan. I"m glad you're here. Since 2011, I've helped children, teens, and adults work through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, intimacy concerns, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma.

I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely understood, not judged. Whether you're carrying wounds from the past, feeling stuck in the present, or simply wanting healthier relationships, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. For those who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian principles into our work together.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, down-to-earth approach that balances insight, practical tools, and genuine connection. Drawing from family systems, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques, I help clients understand how their experiences, relationships, and beliefs influence the way they think, feel, and respond to life's challenges.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop new ways of moving toward the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

My clients will know that while I take my job seriously, sessions do not need to be sterile or dry, and that humor and finding the light-hearted side of mental health recovery has great benefit.
